    All aluminum radiator for 2005 3.0 x3?

HI does anyone know of an all aluminum radiator option for a 2005 bmw x3? I see them listed for 323, 328, 330i and z3 and z4 but not the x3.

I'm not certain but it could very well be possible that the ones listed may fit your X3. Seeing that your X3 is built off of the 330 platform.
    Cheers!

Thanks for the vote of confidence. So i found this aluminum option from CSF, which is two cores. The width and fittings are exactly the same. It's about 3/4" thicker than factory and the height is 2" shorter: https://sportcompactwarehouse.com/cs...f573063f27534&

There is a tab there with the dimensions.

I found the factory dimensions on the Koyo website, they make one but with the plastic tanks: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1wZe...ew?usp=sharing

I'm pretty sure it will fit just fine.

Update is I recieved the CSF 3055. It will fit with a few modifications which aren't too extensive. I'm not done with the install but will notate what was required to complete this.

I was forced to purchase the expansion tank mounting plate for the 325/328/330i, which mounts the expansion tank lower by about 3-4". I had hacked the X3 expansion tank mounting plate to take out 3", but it mounts the expansion tank higher up, and there was going to be clearance issues with the upper hose and likely the hood.

That plate arrives this evening, the rest of the install should be fine.

I'm still looking for a cooler thermostat option. Would like 180 to 192 degrees fahrenheit.

Install went fine. The mounting plate was perfect fit. I Am also forced to purchase the shorter 325/328/330i electric fan, because the fan for the X3 is 3-4" too tall. I'm finding them for $100. So not too bad.
