Need Help: M54B25 to M54B30 Swap into 2002 325

Got the head off my son's '02 325 and there was a nice hole in the #6 piston so it looks like were going to have to do a motor swap. Our 325 is a 07/2002 production date (if that matters) and the B30 donor motor would be out of a 2004 330ci auto car. Pictures appear to be complete with intake etc.

From the research I have done so far, this should be a direct bolt plug/play swap but will require reflashing the DME/ECU and that is where I am a newbie. I am tech saavy, I just have never had to mess with tunes on a car before. Can anyone walk me through detailed instructions of what all needs to be done for this swap, links what I need to acquire/buy (WinKFP files etc.) so I can try and get this swap done quickly? Being down a car right now isn't ideal so I need to be able to get this done pretty quickly and don't have a ton of time to surf the interwebs trying to piece together all the info.

Any help you can point me to would be a HUGE help!

I put a pack up here with INPA and WinKFP, with the preloaded flash files. Everything you need is in the first post.
All you would need to connect to the car is a K+DCAN cable with pins 7&8 bridged (or a switch that does it).

You would need to flash the MS43 DME with ZB number 7571613, and then clear adaptations.

I hadn't included instructions on how to do that yet.
