Low speed steering issue

Recently purchased a 2019 x7 x50i m with 20k miles. Everything was perfect on the test drive. Got the car home and took it out the next day. While turning tightly at low speeds it began to feel as if the car was in “4x4” (I know it’s awd) it has that feeling you get when 4x4 is engaged on dry pavement. It does it more often turning left than right. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
