What to do if you work at a ghetto dealership

Hey, so my dealership has one guy that gets spoon fed (turns 60 hours every single week, even if the other 14 of us turn 30), he doesn’t clean off engines after replacing gaskets and when they come back someone else has to look at it (spray it off and put oil dye in) I’ve went to the manager and he doesn’t want to do anything because he turns high hours even if he cuts corners. How do I deal with this f###er?
