Recently bought a 1987 bmw 325i. major issues so far is the rocker arm is broken aswell as the oil crossover pipe on the head, car still starts fine every time. Also some rust on the bottom of both doors maybe 10-12in long on the driver side and 4ins on the passenger side. Paid 1.4k for it. Is it a good buy or not?

Seems reasonable in today’s e30 market. I did a lot of shopping in July before I settled on my new project. I’m seeing most e3O’s less than $1500 are becoming parts cars; which saddens me. Congrats. Glad another one will be saved!
