Ok race. Congrats to first time winner Ocon. BOT messed up the start , MAX lucky to recover with a point.

Red flag cost HAM the win, nice recovery to 3rd.

The booing from the fans is pathetic.

Toto is really out doing himself this year orchestrating the appearance of a competitive season.

Only 5 place penalty for Bottas? He should get to start from back of the grid at Spa.

Just an OK race? Alonso's defense of Hamilton was awesome!

Yeah - that was some great driving. Also it must be nice for Mick Schumacher to get some meaningful laps in. He had a good battle with Max and some others.

The Alonso-Hamilton battle was some of the best fighting we’ve seen on track in years. Usually that type of racing sees one end up in the tires, so kudos to both for the entertainment. Ocon drove great at the front, but it would have been for naught if Alonso hadn’t occupied Hamilton for so many laps.

Ok race?! That was an awesome race to watch for a number of reasons after the extremely unfortunate opening corner. 1-car restart, amazing effort by Ocon, hard fought by Vettel, great effort by Schumacher, top-tier defense from Alonso, drivers running to the podium from various directions...

Oh and both Williams scored, which is just nice to finally see

Hamilton cost himself the win. He had the same option to pit for dry tires that everyone else did. If you’re going to blame the red flag, that’s on his teammate.

FINALLY Williams in the points, just had to be on a race with 6 DNFs lol
Kinda like seeing Tiago Monteiro (racing for Jordan) on the podium in the US 2006 Grand Prix, a 6 man race ahahah

Shame to see Red Bull getting f*cked by Mercedes. Toto must have been glowing when Bottas locked up and both RB cars were affected by that.
With Perez gone and Max's car damaged, should be an easy race.

Amazing stuff from Alonso, seeing him sharing the win with Ocon and supporting Max felt really good.

Obviously, a great recovery from Hamilton. Sainz stood no chance against him... poor lad, he would only keep his podium (which he eventually got actually ahahah) if Alonso kept Hamilton behind him for the remainder of the race.

Ocon and Vettel really surprised me. I've constantly been talking shit about Ocon and had lost all hope on Vettel, but the latter has been showing signs of improvement.

Yeah, Alonso has come a long way for ~15 years.
