My car was at Century West BMW one week and two days to fix the driver side seat belt. When I picked up the car yesterday not only was the seat belt not fixed but the tech left some nice, large scratches on the center console. Take your car elsewhere.

My car was at Century West BMW for one week and two days getting the driver side seat belt fixed. When I went to go pick up the car yesterday the seat belt was worse after they installed a new seat belt and they scratched my center console.
Avoid this dealership.

Have you brought this to the attention of the general manager? They should take responsibility, especially if you have picture proof, no?
