Hello,
Looking for some advice... I accidentally stripped the rear hard brake line tube nut when trying to swap in SS soft lines and I was originally just going to get the Chase Bays Brake line relocation and eliminate the brake booster, they have a whole kit, super clean. I found out today though they do NOT replace the hard rear lines, only front and connector to rear firewall. I already attempted buying OEM hard lines and trying to bend and flare and it was rough to say the least. Are these possible to find pre bent/flared? Can't seem to find anything other than a stock pre flared line that isn't pre bent.
Any help would be appreciated!

Sadly no, the dealership doesn't sell pre-bent brake line, nor have I ever heard of a place that does. What you can do is use a junction or fitting about 1-2 inches behind the old one to remove the bad fitting. It will look like the attached.

Sorry for the late reply on this and thank you for the info! I wanted a cleaner route than that unfortunately. So I ended up going to a local piping/fittings business that made custom SS braided brake lines that bolted right up to the T junction behind fuel tank, looks much better and easier to deal with than hard lines. I will be doing the same to the fronts this winter.

Yeah, for an E34 M5 that was sent to me for work, my shop actually purchased an E34 535i, just to take the brake lines off it, prebent. It worked perfectly, although it was a lot of work.

Ooof, yeah, there's really nothing pretty about hard lines.

The M5's value made the $400 purchase price of a parts 535 a non-issue.
