I have a 2003 e39 540i/6 with the M62TU 4.4. v8 engine. I need some cam caps ( 3 exhaust, 3 intake ) so my valve cover is snug when I complete the valve cover gasket R&R. I've tried loctite, little joy as just a few threads to get the new stud bolts to hold. I am getting the number of intake and exhaust that I need, but wanted to cast the net wide to see if there is anyone out there who has an old M62TU 4.4 l v8 from an 99-2003 x5 e53; a 99-01 e38 749i or 740iL; and a 99-03 540i e39. Thanks and will post a pic of what I need. I'm located about 25 miles west of Gettysburg PA for locational purposes, but willing to travel to get the right parts.
all, updated my request to 3 intake and 3 exhaust,. I can get numbers for you later.
