bump stops - any difference between 'german' GC parts and generic URO parts?

I need to replace old bump stop on Koni sport shocks.
is there any difference between the ones Ground Control is selling for $19 each and $8 URO parts?
They look identical and for same application.

We sell about 600 of front Strut Bump Stop 31 33 6 778 544 (76mm long, for models with Sports suspension) per year and have two returned as "defective" (with no written reason for return) in the last 12 months, if that helps at all.
