Passenger Door Lock Not Functioning

All of a sudden in my 2020 M550 the passenger door lock does not go up or down. Its stuck in this middle position. So if you open the car from the inside, the lock opens up, BUT the door won't latch or close if you shut it. So you have to pull up the lock manually and hear "THUNK" and then I can close the door and it latches. If you open the car from the outside its fine. Regardless the lock does not work so the door is always "open" which makes me think the actuator is shot.

Into the dealer on Thursday..anyone else have this issue?
