Fuel Injector?

Hoping someone can possibly help with some advice. Brand new to BMW, picked up a 16 428i gran coupe at the GMC dealer I currently work at as a tech. I have 12 years experience working on domestic vehicles so I think Im heading in the right direction. Was coming home from work this evening when she laid down on me, drivetrain malfunction, flashing cel, obviously a misfire, limped her home, scanned it and i have 140010, 11AC02, 140310, 140001, 140301, runs extremely rough with a strong raw fuel smell. I believe I may have a hung open #3 injector since its cylinder 3 misfire and a cold start pressure too low with the raw fuel smell even though 3 injection shutdown is active. Would you guys agree with the diagnosis? Also I am wondering since, if this is the case, would the better repair be to replace all 4 injectors or just go after the 1 at fault. The car has 70k on it and I do have an extended service contract that should cover the cost. Any input and or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

What are you using to scan for codes?
I tried to look these codes up, but they're not BMW manufacturer codes (which you'd always prefer because they tend to get much more specific).

I'd pull the spark plug and coil and potentially move them to a different cylinder as well.
