FS: E46 M3 Teves MK60 ABS Swap Kit with Harness ZCP Competition 817 Pump 2282422

This is the full set of parts pulled from an E46 M3 ZCP Competition Package needed to run the Teves MK60 ABS stand alone in any car. Most of you guys that will be looking to do this conversion know what is involved. I haven't done the swap personally, but have sold a number of parts, and these are the full set of parts requested. If you search around, there are a number of threads on forums and write ups that discuss this conversion. The pictures are of actual parts and are the parts that ship.


This is *NOT* a plug and play swap. You will need to custom retrofit and wire these parts in!


This is a full set of OEM BMW parts.


The ABS pump is the incredibly rare and desirable 817 pump (part # 2282422 or 2 282 422)! From what I have read, this can be flashed with better software, but do your own research!


All of these parts are pulled from a 2005 E46 M3 ZCP / Competition Package.

Specifically included is the following:
-ABS Pump (817 PUMP!! Part # 2282422 or 2 282 422)
-2x Pressure Sensors
-4x Wheel Speed Sensors
-Yaw Sensor


I have read DSC can also be retrofitted with the MK60. Please note that the following are included free, which may help towards that swap, but no guarantees that the DSC conversion is possible or that this is all of the parts - this is being sold as an MK60 ABS swap. Parts included free include: Sport button panel w plug/pigtail, steering angle sensor, OBDII Port.


Also included in this auction is a wire harness that has been thinned out to just the MK60 components. The harness is from a different car than the other parts, but from an MK60 car (specifically, an 05 M3 Convertible).


I removed the full chassis harness, and traced back all wires from the ABS pump connector. The connectors for the Yaw Sensor, wheel speed sensors, and pressure sensors are fully intact from the abs plug to the respective connector on the other end. I removed the other wires from splice points when possible, or single terminals from multipin connectors where possible; however, there are some cut wires on the harness included where it merges into the full chassis harness.


I labelled the harness where I could, and will include a print out of the wire diagram I used (I did not confirm this diagram was accurate, but it is commonly used)


***THIS HARNESS IS NOT PLUG AND PLUG, BUT SHOULD BE A GREAT STARTING POINT TO RUN THIS IN A TRACK CAR OR SIMILAR!!***


The master cylinder and reservoir are generally not needed for the conversion, but they will be included free!
