Man, what a saga...
Long roads with fixing up cars. Recently finished rebuilding the original b34 (10.6 comp, max speeding rods, 276 billet cam, haltech 750 ecu controlling sequential spark/injection)
Always a nervous experience for the first start, but fired up like a champ instantly. What a relief...
Thought IÂ’d share a video with you of the first start. This is my daily driver so it should be a nice street engine for a middle aged gentleman
So many ups and downs with these things, but itÂ’s all worth while when you hear the engine fire up for the first time 🤠

I love that first start, it's an amazing feeling. The car is really pretty too. Thanks for sharing!
That's a stout build, have any more details or project threads posted up?

Life just gets too busy with 3 teenage kids...
My dear friend Mario built the engine and I don’t think there is a more thorough mechanic roaming the Lords earth.
He’s finishing up the wiring, completed the final torque down/valve adjustment post start up.
Hopefully first drive in a week or so. I have all new bushes to go in front and rear/subframe camber/toe plates.
Driving to Melbourne for my sons basketball in June so looking forward to getting it sorted.
Why would you drive a modern car? They just don’t make them like they used to.
I’ve often said there’s plenty cars faster than this, but it’s how it makes you feel 😎
Hi, did you drive the car ? i am looking for some informations about your setup.
What 276 cam did you use on your engine ? the IE one ? the Dbilas one ?
have a nice day
I am using a 284 cam reground by Schneider cams in San Diego, CA. I am very pleased with it so far. The cam is in an M90 which also has 10:5 to one pistons headwork and all the usual stuff.
