XM radio not available 2021 M4 Competition

Got my '21 M4 Competition saturday. No XM icon on media. Dealer said they "turned it on" late saturday, no joy. I understand that there is a retrofit for this, apparently, known problem. My dealer, evidently, is in the dark. Does anyone have any information on it? Thanks for your help!

Not sure what your dealer is doing ? When I got my 2022 M4 comp it worked fine right out of the gate. It should have been set up at the same time you loaded the BMW on your phone along with the theft recovery system activation. There is a bunch of steps on there end. Talk to a supervisor or call the BMW genius line 844-443-6487. Good luck
