WIll 87' 325is suspension (kyb&vogtlands) fit on 84' 318i

Hey everyone just like the title asks. Just wanted confirmation on the fitment for the above. I can get these new for practically free and im un sure if it will fit my 318i. I know most H&R springs are universal but im not sure about vogtlands.

any insight would be helpful.

the springs will fit but i don't think the struts will. the rear shocks will though.

Specifically, the early 318i probably has the 45mm diameter strut dampers while the 87 has the 51mm diameter ones so the dampers won't work. Lowering springs for the 6 cylinder are likely to turn into raising springs with the lower weight 4 cyl.
