Hello,
I know there are several online, but can someone recommend which service/company to use to have my injectors cleaned/serviced?
I used RC Fuel Injection on my 325i. While not the cheapest, they did and excellent job and sent me back the test results both before and after the rebuild. I’ve also heard good things about Mr Injector.
“She’s the last of the V8’s, she sucks nitro...phase 4 heads, twin overhead cams...600 horsepower through the wheels, she’s meanness put to music...”
Will second RC Injection, was started by Russ Collins till he passed. I believe a family member runs it now. They know their stuff.
Russ was one of the coolest and smartest persons I've meet. To sit at dinner and listen to him tell stories was truly entertaining.
They don't make em like him anymore. Sorry to thread jack.
So they actually take apart the fuel injector?
Most common approach is remove seals, filter basket and then ultrasound sonic cleaning bath while activating and cycling the injectors. Then reassemble with new little parts and seals, retest and compare flow to original bench tests. Well worth the costs.

FWIW, I rebuilt my oem Bosch injectors myself as I didn't have time for the length of the services (shipping, waiting, and receiving). While performing my valve cover gasket replacement. I decided to inspect my injectors since I'm already in there. The o rings were hard and flat. I usually order oem or oem quality parts. But Amazon had a rebuild kit that came with an effective injector basket filter removal tool and the oring end retainer caps unobtainable elsewhere. They're old and brittle can easily break into pieces. I utilized the apparently quality viton rubber orings included in the kit. They felt nice and were of the same size. I'm sure the injector services utilize the same orings due to the fact oem orings are $8 a piece.
As for flow, I religiously use redline fuel system cleaner with all my vehicles. And that effectively cleans carbon build up as well as keeping the Injectors clean.
If I had the time, sending them out to have flow tests with results is preferred.
I had very good results with Marren Injection
