Help with 2004 325CI E46 wheels

Recently purchased a 2004 325CI with Dinan stage 3, low miles 42K. Awesome car but original owner put stock wheels back on. I would like to move to 18" staggered wheels on it and do not know the offset of the front and rear wheels.
Does anyone on this forum know? Does anyone have any experience with a staggered setup for a stock suspension 2004 325ci? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Specs show a staggered fitment of:

F-225/40ZR18
R-255/35ZR18
Beside them are the rim specs
