My hunch is that the .82A/R T3 housing is choking. The compressor should be more than capable of giving much more than this. We couldn't change it much with timing alterations, hence my theory. Being a daily driver, I don't end up at redline every day so I'm not super peeved about it.

What size and thickness is that intercooler core? The only pic where it is visible is one where you're working on the AC. Props for keeping AC with the turbo street car, most are too lazy to figure out how to do that. The funny thing about E34s is that vs an E30 they seem to have even less room for an intercooler.

I miss my e34 (I've had 6 different ones) and when the opportunity comes to buy a clean one I will again. For now the e36 works I guess.
Jesus Jon your making 850rwhp now? Your build has always been an inspiration, I think last time I looked you were around 550.
