2013 328i convertible??

Hi, New to the group. I am looking at a 2013 328i convertible with the M Sports package. 59K miles, serviced at local dealership since new.
Questions:
Good and bad about this car?
Issues or problems?
General opinions?

If you are looking at a '13 328 vert, then it's an E93 not an F33. You should check the E90 forum. F33 convertible is a 428, and debuted in '14.
