    WTB: 17x8.5 Track Wheels (Arc-8, TA5R, etc.)

I am looking to buy a square set of 17x8.5 wheels. Must be flow formed or forged and 16.5 - 17.5 lbs per wheel. My ideal offset is 20-25 but higher offsets are easier to find and I'll just run spacers. Leaning pretty heavily toward Apex ARC-8's but I'd consider Bimmerworld TA5R and maybe others. These are for racing so they don't need to be perfect but must be free from bends / cracks / repairs. Located in 20895. Figured I'd post up here before I pull the trigger on a new set. Thanks!

Not exactly what you’re looking for, but I have a pair of 17x8.5 ET20 Anthracite ARC-8’s plus one with a hairline crack. Originally was a full square set but I pulled them off my M3 to repair the crack, and unfortunately had a bunch of wheels stolen which included one of the good ones. If you’re interested I can sell you the pair, located in Chicago and willing to ship if price is right. Currently have spent Michelin PSS mounted on the pair, cracked wheel has no tire mounted.

I'm interested in the non-cracked pair. What's your asking price (including shipping to 20895)?

Got a quick quote from UPS online, will confirm later today when I’ve packed them up into shipping form. 175 ground, 250 three day and 300 2nd day. Considering wheels are backordered @ $269/pc, I think $400 + shipping is fair.

Thanks -- those ET20 wheels are rare and Apex only makes a batch every few years. That said, I can't really justify the price when new ET40's work for me and come with a 50% off replacement warranty. I bet somebody will snap your wheels up -- just doesn't make sense for my application unless they were dirt cheap. Thanks again.

Thanks but 8.5" is the max width allowed by my class rules.

Hi there. Looking to sell my current 17x8.5 set of TA5R's if you're still looking for a set. Planning to go wider on my track setup.
