Up for lease transfer / sale is my 2020 X3M.

This car is perfect for someone looking for an X3M with the intentions of modifying it. This car is a 10 second 1/4 mile car, 155mph 1/2 mile car, and certified canyon carver. I am listing this with none of the cost of the modifications passed on to the next owner, as I am motivated to get out of my lease (I am taking over my friend’s M4 lease).

The car has just shy of 18,000 miles on it. I am on vacation until after Easter weekend, at which point the car will be available to be picked up/shipped out. Car will be detailed prior to pickup.


If you’re looking to takeover the lease, my payment is under $880/month pre-tax (~$950/month in CA with tax). Since the mileage is high for only being 8 months into the lease, I will purchase another 10,000 miles for the car, making the total mileage allowed 40,000. Lease ends 08/2023.


If you’d prefer to buy outright, the total payoff is just above $65k.

I have a set of 20” 648M wheels with RE71-Rs mounted as well. These can be included with the car for another $1500.

This car has been my daily, and although I have driven it a lot, it has been exceptionally well taken care of. The break in procedure was followed meticulously, oil changed every 5k miles, spark plugs changed/gapped every 7k miles for E85 support, brake fluid was just flushed proactively. Leather interior has been cleaned and conditioned every 3 months (leather is still matte).


Flaws
There is a small chip in the windshield from last November that was filled at the dealer and has not grown since.


Both front seats have small scuffs/scratches toward the bottom of the rear shell. The only way to notice them is to look from the rear passenger footwells.
