4 series convertible top hinge cover

One of the plastic hinge covers broke in half. BMW want $600 to replace a 20 cent piece. Part is only $65. Anyone know how to replace this? Video? No way I’m paying $600. Robbery.

We’re you able to ever find this part? Have 2015 with same issue on one side. I was able to fish out broken pieces. Was wondering if I glued it back together if a 3D printer could replicate.

I have this problem now. Where did you find the part for $65? All I see is $400-$600. It's absurd.

I just joined this forum today to see if I can find that exact same part! My part didn't break, it just popped off somehow and disappeared. I had the same experience at my dealership ($500 + to replace)! Does anyone on here know where I can get one of these!!!!!!
