Dent plus scratches. How to remove?

I have a dent with some scratches which have picked up what the material of what it grinder up on.

The brown is from the material on the parking spot of my apartment. Trying to remove that first then remove dent.

Any tips because I think the usual compound and method might not be strong enough.

That will likely require professional attention. Somebody that knows paintless dent removal could possibly remove the dent but you will still need paint work.
