E46 30D ECU mapping after manual conversion

Dear all!
I have swapped a manual transmission instead of the automatic in my E46 30D (204hp).
It works, but now the rev limit is 4000, and the power loss after 3000rpm.
We have recoded the car, but the rev limit is still 4000, and there isn't much power after 3000. What did we forget when we coded?
Maybe the DME thinks it's in P/N, and loads that map?

There are different flashes for manual transmission.

You can use winkfp to convert to the correct flash. Last 7 of VIN?

Pk35484 is the vin. (2003/03)

This is DDE5 (so probably edc16?)

Yes, you need to use factory flash for manual transmission. This is the firmware of the DDE. It's not just the maps, but it could be the programming too.

For your car you need to use WinKFP (or someone that knows how to use it) to flash to:

7793920 for manual transmission

or

7805073 for manual transmission AND EU4 emissions.

Yes, these are available almost everywhere around the internet as the "SP Daten" for the program WinKFP, as part of the BMW Standard Tools 2.12 (also known as INPA pack)
