I sold a project 635csi back in 2016. It is now in Florida driving through toll roads. It’s been restored and looks great. The new owner has not transferred title. So the title is still in my name. I am think of getting the replacement title. The owner may loose this project as I will repo it once replace the title. Shame he may loose his beautiful BMW over a few tolls. Texas Plate FNL0279. I would check with a lawyer before you do anything. On my title, there is a tear off top part where the seller is required to submit the new owner's info to the DMV within 10 days. Is there a similar requirement for Texas?
