115K Miles (verified) M54 Engine + 5 Speed Manual ZF SPD320Z + DME from 2003 BMW 530i

I bought this car for my interior swap and for some other parts. I'm about to pull engine and tranny this weekend.
Oil and coolant are very clean, OEM BMW (NGK 3199) spark plugs show no sign of issues and engine turns easily by hand ( fogging oil sprayed in first).
Tranny is shifting smooth through the gears.
All wiring is properly disconnected and sealed against moisture. Engine / tranny will be properly pulled (I have 20 years experience working on BMW's) and the only place I cut is the 2 heater hoses which should be replaced anyway.
I have video and pictures showing VIN on strut tower, door jamb and mileage on instrument cluster.
I've checked the prices of engine and tranny on ebay and there isn't one single setup of original combo like mine.
This is perfect candidate to swap your E39 Auto to a proper 5 speed manual.
I've decided on *** $1500 FIRM *** which I feel is very fair considering that this mileage engine or tranny are $1k each.
I have 100% buyer satisfaction on ebay and I'm well respecter forum member.
I prefer local pickup (Chattanooga, TN) but will deliver for $150 extra up to 150 miles radius around me (Atlanta, Ga * Knoxville / Nashville, TN * Birmingham / Decatur / Huntsville, Al).

Yes, it does. I have the VIN decode.
