INPA no ignition / red steering lock

I recently had my car battery drained due to cold climate. After charging the battery and confirming that the battery is good i tried to start the car. Nothing happens. If i try to press start/stop to turn on ignition i doesn’t work.

I tried to connect INPA to fix the red steering lock, but it doesn’t seems to find igniton, only battery. Cable seems to work in other cars normally founding ignition and battery.

I there anyway to fix this?
