How do you install the wiring for the brake lining

I have a 11/88 e30 89 model year and I want to put the wires for the brake lining back on the car so does anyone know how to do that? mine are completely gone.

The wear sensors themselves are easy enough to just replace. But the covers on the wiring harness from the sensors to the wiring harness in the car gets all rotted and falls apart. Wires themselves may then start to fall apart too.

I was able to just replace the coverings with some stuff from McMaster. I had to cut the wires, slip on new covers, and resolder the wires. I used short pieces that joined at each rubber grommet because it was hard to pull the wires through the covers.

As an example, here is the wheel speed sensor wiring which has the same issue that I THINK you are talking about.

Sorry if it wasn’t clear but I meant the whole harness I bought one from fcp euro for the front but I don’t know how to put it in because some shop or po cut the wires and then replaced them with generic wires
