N55 f33 2014 435i 35k miles preventative maintenance suggestions

Heya! Picked up this car. It's recently had a rocker cover gasket, filter housing gasket and cooler housing gasket replaced. We might be looking at doing the rocker cover as well (there's a slight burning oil smell after hard drives and we're not sure yet if that's residual oil after that recent work or an ongoing problem. TBD soon). there's also a minor leak in a sump gasket which I might just get addressed.

it's at 60k kms (35k miles for you freedom unit folks!)

some internet says top 5 problems are:
Valve Cover Oil Leak
Water Pump Failure
Leaking Oil Filter Housing Gasket
VANOS Solenoid Failure
High Pressure Fuel Pump Failure (HPFP) – Mostly older models

so some have been ticked off already! Any suggestions for some 7 year 35k mile preventative maintenance items? Especially if work is being done around the sump gasket and rocker cover. But other usual items too?

has some good info, tho it mostly talks about 100k miles. I wonder if this has had those 3 gaskets replaced for what was "a pretty heavy oil leak", and it already has a minor leak in a sump gasket, if there might be other 100k mile items that should be preventatively checked out already too.
