2009 X5 Diesel - Cranks but wont start - HELP PLS

Hey there,

I have a 2009 X5 diesel that is cranking but will not start. I just purchased a new H8 AGM battery, checked the in tank fuel pump - working correctly, etc. I am getting a bunch of warning / malfunction messages on the main screen such as DSC, Fuel pump error, transmission fault, etc. The only code I am getting is a U0100 Lost communication with ECM/PCM "A" I did find a bunch of water and corrosion puddled on top and arround the back 2 injectors (5&6) but have not checked the ECU location yet, will this afternoon. What else can I check? Any fuses? Need some help please!
