Problem with Connected app - iDrive

Hello guys,
I get the error below when trying to retrieve destinations in the car iDrive system. I send the destination via the MyBMW app, which is linked to the car and shows other up to date car statistics.
I tried resetting the software and reconfiguring, and it works for a couple of weeks, then the same happens.
Any ideas on how to login or solve the problem?

Is the car under warranty? If it is take it to the dealer. If it isn’t under warranty contact the dealer to see if there’s a technical service bulletin (TSB) or other technical document related to the issue.
