The other day when I got into my 530 to drive home, I noticed a very slight thumping sound coming from the front of the car. I could feel it in the pedal. Over the past day while driving it, the scraping noise happened twice which was a very deep sounding scrape, but that was it. Other than that, only at 40+ does the sound come out and persistently stay until I go below 40. I checked under the car and didn’t see anything too loose or anything hanging down.
Does the sound only occur while driving or is it also when in park? Does it happen on bumpy roads or straight line smooth driving?
Based on only what you have said... Check wheel lugs for tightness. Check pads for abnormal uneven wear. Check tires for abnormal uneven wear
Check under the car and see if those plastic dust shields are loose
A warped rotor could cause those symptoms. Does the brake pedal vibrate violently when brakes applied? Check ur tie rod ends

I would get the car up on the rack and have it inspected
