Did you ever find one? If not, I have the Peake Reserach R5/SRS tool, and I live over in Annapolis. I have used it for my 95 M3, but think it might only go back to 1994 models? If this one would work for your 850, you are more than welcome to come to my house to use it, and then spend a nice day in Annapolis!
