Brake lights always on

Hello. I dont speak english well🙂
So, my e61 brake lights always on when i put key and ignition on, but when i turn the key to start a car, dashboard says to press the brake pedal, but when i press nothinks happening. Inpa says brake pedal contact not activated. When brake pedal sensor disconnect brake lights still on.

What year is your E60 .

Stop lamps are controlled via poss LMA /CAS depending on year .
Even thou the switch is functioning correctly , maybe some other ecu putting it on as signals over the can have control also .
