Wondering if anyone has any ideas of where to start with my problem. My M52 has a very slight misfire at idle with no codes, To try to explain it best its like a heart skipping a beat every once in a while. I can't feel it while driving but defiantly can when the car is parked. I noticed the car came with bremi ignition coils hopefully they are as good as OEM?

Any chance it could be the tune? its really old
What are you using to scan the engine computer (DME) for codes? You could get the OBDFusion app for your smartphone or tablet so that you can log and export various data streams for analysis in Excel. You’ll need a communications adapter that plugs into the obd2. Buy a VeePeak adapter from Amazon. Make sure it sez fulfilled by Amazon. iOS uses WiFi, others can use Bluetooth. Search this forum for threads on the app.
I'd check smoothness via diagnostics, then the condition of spark plugs, and then a professional smoke test of the intake tract.
