E36 Rear Sway Bar End link Poly Install

    Hey folks,

Wondering if using a torch is the only method to remove old rubber bushings from rear sway bar end links? I have some poly replacements arriving today and that's the only method I've seen online. Thanks!

Torch is usually the easiest. They can be a pain to press out due to the tendency of the stock rubber bushing to adhere to the endlink cavity.

I sprayed PBblaster and was able to muscle/rotate them off the bar. Wasn't fun, but doable.
