Hi everyone ,

I am struggling with the following issue : After changing the timing on my car, at first start the car cranks, but wont start.

Using ISTA + diag I can see that there are no errors that could alter starting. On live data monitoring I see that during cranking the fuel pressure in the rail system does not reach the 400bar necessary for start. it goes up to 120bar and immediately fall back to around 50, 60, 70 , 80 bar. ( the rail valves: pressure and pressure control valve are both working )

When powering the volume control valve on the high pressure pump from a separate 12V supply , a click can be heard , and the engine starts immediately.

there are no leaks in the rail system .
Maybe the wiring between DDE and the control valve will be the problem? On red wire I can measure 12V and the second one seems to be the ground.

Any help would be appreciated.
thanks
