    E36 Coupe rear window hardware?

I am looking for the part number of the nut that secures the rear window to the body of the E36 coupe(not the hinge side, the body side). There are 2 of these nuts per side... I believe they are M6, but have a wide floating collar on them. The ones from my '99 M3 are gold.

For the life of me I haven't been able to find them on realoem. Obviously I could find a random nut that would work, but would really like to keep all OEM pieces here.

    Any help would be appreciated!

Unfortunately no, that diagram doesn't list the part in question. I am looking for the 2 nuts that secure the rear vent window to the B-pillar.

Just ran to the garage to grab a pic. They are M6 with a wide floating collar.

I found something on Schiedmann that looks to be the correct part:

When I google that part BMW part #, it shows a different looking nut... but it is entirely possible it has been superseded/changed, as it appears that this nut is used on tons of BMWs from the E10 to the F-series.

Just pulled these on a buddy's car. They're indeed floating washers captured on a small nut. Usually the thread and pitch are included in the RealOEM charts, make sure they match and you should be good to go.

I dropped one into the pillar, so just went with a standard washer and nut, no issues.
