Ok. so I am out of time and space to keep working on this car. It is nice but the pics make it look nicer than what it is but I do get a lot of compliments on it. 1984 733i with a lot of new parts such as the following. 1. new Idle air control valve (fixed the idle problem), new FI ECM from programma, new hoses, new alternator, new plugs, new wires, new rotor/cap etc., new brakes, NEW TIRES, New KYB shocks still in box, new radio, heat works, New fuel pump and filter, A/C pump kicks on but I have not had it long and so no idea if it actually cold. It runs rough when cold but compression was good across all cylinders. Does run and drive down the road but it still needs some diagonsis. Interior is nice with no rips or tears, The gauges work sometimes and then not sometimes. Just depends. The fuel gauge does work. I bought this on a whim locally and I just cannot get to it and need the shop space for paying jobs. My loss your gain.. Could probably part it out and make some money. Has some about 2 may 3 inch rust spot on the passenger side rear door but that is about all I can find the underneath is nice. Paint has some checking and scratches particularly on the deck lid and roof.
Anyhow here it is and make some offers. Seriously just make an offer. Located near Ames, Iowa.

Can you post pictures of the undercarriage, motor, & more interior shots? This will definitely give a bit more visibility for perspective buyers. If you end up parting it out, I might be interested in a few small odds/ends.
For anyone interested in saving this ride, I'm about an hour away & could lay eyes on it for you at the small cost of gas $$.
