Stiff Hard Brake Pedal Can't Stop Help!

Hey guys, I have Bmw E60 528i 2008.
I got into my car the other day and the brake pedal was rock solid I can barely stop the car!
I ordered a new brake booster, replaced it and bled the brakes. Still the same issue! Not sure where else to look, any help is appreciated, Thanks!

Have you checked the ABS system for errors? Is your CEL on?

Or the vacuum pump that provides boost for the power brakes and check valve

mine is the same but only in cold weather. When the ambient temp warms up it works fine. ????

My vacuum pump was leaking and when i took it apart to re seal i could tell I was the second person doing the job so i just bought a pierburg one. The nipple is plastic and a little wiggly but it installed easily and isnt leaking and the part was only $180, I didnt even have to take off the engine cover.
