Adding some pep to N55 535

Hi all. I've done some reading and think that I am up to speed on what should be done to make my 2016 535 xdrive a bit more peppy/fun. While I do want to increase torque, decrease turbo lag, etc..I have no plans to ever visit a track. From what I can tell, I should replace the downpipe and charging tube (charging for safetyif nothing else), upgrade to cold air intake, and install jb4 tune. With this setup and how I plan to use, do I need intercooler upgrade? Do I need cold plugs?

Anything else (or less) that I should do?

Why don't you start with a JB4 and go from there? Significant increase in power with no other changes. After that you can decide whether you want to delete your cat (illegal) and change piping or intercooler. This forum is not very active for N54/55 tech.
