The Motor Mounts have collapsed on my 2003 525iT. Does anyone have experience with aftermarket motor mounts from polyurethane, or other materials such as:
Condor Speed Shop: "Solid UHMW engine mounts for your M52 & M54 powered E39. Under hard braking the stock mounts allow the engine to pitch forward and to the side. These solid UHMW replacement mounts stiffen the engine and drivetrain, dramatically changing the responsiveness of your E39. These solid UHMW mounts are a direct replacement for your original 525i, 528i & 530i BMW OEM rubber motor mounts.
UHMW is an excellent general-purpose plastic with a unique combination of wear and corrosion resistance, low friction surface and impact strength. It is resistant to chemical attack and moisture absorption and retains key physical properties to -30 C."

I would just go with the Corteco mounts which are OE and affordable. I did solid mounts on my Audi wagon and they definitely introduce more NVH.

Go for stock, no surprises
I recently replaced my OEM, absolutely shot, motor mounts while doing my steering rack. I used the black (listed as 80A[OEM+ feel) R3vshift poly mounts. After roughly four months and ~10K miles, here's my thoughts:
They changed the vibration you get in the cabin and at the wheel, but only at idle. They're not soft rubber so that is to be expected, and came as no surprise. It will expose anything loose inside the car (the plastic trim around the gauge cluster for me), but if there's nothing like that for you, you'll be fine. Any point after 1000 RPM, feels like stock. A bit tighter when moving though I'm not sure how they would compare to brand new OEM Cortecos, as the ones replaced were OEM w/ 120k on them.
TLDR; R3vshift vibrates a lot vs stock at idle, because it's not soft rubber. Feels fine above 1K RPM. Your choice is based on the willingness of your wallet
