Grinding noise when release the clutch

Hello everyone. Im new to the forum and this is the first ever post. I recently bought an E36 318 ti, manual, which was sleeping on the parking lot for around five years. After changing the fuel pump and spark plugs, the motor started in first attempt. But first gear started giving problems. When I release the clutch, I hear loud grinding noise and some times gear slips out. It is a Getrag. Then I found when I shift it hard and quick, it doesn't give that trouble. And two days back I changed the shifter gaiter. That time I had to pull the shifter thoroughly. After that shifting to the first was OK for several times. Then again it started the previous habit. I have two suspicions. One is bushings. I only replaced the shifter bushing. The other is Slave, master and hose. The car has done more than 300000 miles. Any suggestions? Thanks and regards
