E31 OEM stereo USB mod?

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well.

Anybody know of a simple solution or mod for adding USB capability to the BMW stock stereo (RDS Business) with CD multi-changer in the trunk?

I want to keep the car as original as possible so replacing the stereo isn’t really an option. I’m not too keen on having to rewire things, surely there must be plug and play solution on the market?

I have that installed on my Business stereo, works great and very nice sound quality. You can even make calls via Bluetooth. The only issue I had was a purple wire that needed to be cut.

I've searched the net high and low for something that is stated as being 100% compatible with the BMW Business RDS (Philips PH7850) however haven't found anything yet. Looks like it will still be the cassette adaptor for the time being.
