Who can (safely) Weld a diff - MARYLAND

Howdy. I have heard (skimmed youtube vids) and concluded that the best way to weld a diff. must be to use a plate and connect the spider gears with it... I have this 3.38 diff. from my 330Ci. I got it with a rear subframe and suspension assembly I bought a while ago (I gave it a Condor bushings treatment all around, swapped it in and kept my old (basically complete) rear suspension for spare parts.

I live near Frederick, MD. We all know a guy who knows a guy who can weld, However... lol. I don't want this thing exploding on me and can pay to have it properly welded. Anyone in Maryland had this done locally? Recommendations, Price? i have cleaned, degreased the outside, and drained the gear oil. I sprayed down the spider gears with NON Chlorinated CRC brake kleen. The internet said Red CRC turns into nerve gas if/when on metal being welded? That could be false but I know how gnarly red CRC is from cleaning a lot of rotors.. I apologize for the upside down and sideways photos.
