What's a good deal?

It's almost black Friday and the deals are crawling out of every nook and cranny. I just bought the complete poly bushing set (95a) from garagistic. Saved a few pennies as I was planning on getting them soon. I want to know what are some of the best deals you've gotten for your e30. I'm mostly talking about new stuff and upgrades but if you got a used Getrag for $2.99, a rebuilt moon roof handle, or a set of used turbo injectors, I want to hear about that too.

I can't imagine getting any car in decent condition for that cheap. I practically robbed the previous owner of my 84 318i for 700$. on a side note, this weekend I got 4, 5qt jugs of full synthetic valvoline 5w-30 for $3 each.

Best deal ever!!! Bought a 74 2002 from an estate sale in 2008, all rusted out but had a great set of 14" basket weaves $200.00 for entire car. On getting it home and cleaning it out found in the trunk..................complete engine rebuild kit, performance cam, headers, brand new in box Weber, posi diff., ect. ect. I figured out later that if I had bought all the parts it would have cost me $3000.+
Sold the rusted out shell ect to scrap for $100.00. I now check out estate sales on a regular basis!!
