Morning,
I'm new here so try to leave the "you should've got a different car" out please.
Could someone tell me the safe bhp increase on the 420i, I am hearing that it is setup very similarly to the 430i (brakes, auto gear box & suspension). So in theory i should be able to get a remap that increase BHP by 60 and be safe.
Can someone confirm?
Also, in the Cambridge area if someone could recommend a good remap?

I would first make sure the car has no warranty left, as a remap can void it. For the most part, yes the 430i does share a similar engine, the intake and exhaust will be different. Would it be safe? Perhaps as you would be sitting on a 190BHP engine and while the driveline could handle it for the most part. I am a bit surprised that you will be getting 60BHP from just a remap, for I would expect around 40BHP for that car.

Sadly no, as I tend to keep my cars stock. Google is always a good place to see reviews on the company IMO.
