Long story, but I have just replaced my fuel pump/MAF. I was getting ready to purge my fuel system with ISTA and then I get this.
I thought I had a bad battery but I have switched to a newer battery, even have a battery charger connected during the diagnostic check, still same problems.
Before this, I only had two fault codes and every module was communicating.
Now, Many modules / ecu in Red. What are good places to start troubleshooting this? Any Ideas? Thank You!!!
What interface are you using to communicate? And on which car? Give details please.
K-dcan cables require 1-2 ms latency setting in Device Manager. The default 16ms is not right.

I have used this specific laptop with this specific vehicle on multiple occasions. Not possible that the latency setting is the issue, . . . . Or is it? . .

FYI, if anyone else, check your latency settings on port 1. Mine was set to 16. set = 1 All Green, very happy
(Not sure how this setting was ever changed, but that was the problem)

Windows 10 updates that setting regularly as it sees fit. Others may as well
