Thanks for the reply Warrantee isn't up but I like to get a heads up on future repairs ,,, ISTA+1 not exactly sure on how to use that software ... I just purchased a Launch 431V+ .. is there a way to use it with the ISTA+1 ? or do I need an additional diagnostic computer ?

If you have a windows computer, ISTA+ will run on it, typically you can find the software by googling Rheingold BMW software. Now if you just want to do diagnostic work, you will only need a "E-Net" cable. Also there are quite a few write-up about how to use it, as well a few YouTube vids.
